Easy to make muffins- both sweet and savory. Today is a cold, windy, wet day. I just might need to make some of these Parmesan Herb muffins to go with the Corn Chowder we are having for dinner. Thought I would share the recipe for the Corn Chowder- so easy! Corn Chowder (serves 2) 2 cans corn 1 can creamed corn cooked bacon cream Just mix together and heat, the more cream, the less chunky. I do like it chunky. And obviously, the more bacon, the better. You could also add some sauted onions but I am not big on onions so I leave them out. How easy is this!
