This is the cutest idea. You can get a locket as a necklace, keychain or bracelet either in a heart or a circle. Just open it up and put in charms of your choice. There are birthstone hearts, little boys or girls with birthstones, pink or yellow ribbons, American flag, I love Grandma, dog foot prints, charms about hobbies, the list goes on.
